By booking services, purchasing products, renting equipment, or opting into communications, you agree to these Terms.
1. BUSINESS STRUCTURE
Morgan’s Color Studio is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Morgan Burzycki.

Selfie booth rentals

Morgan’s Color Studio is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

E. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
F. Age Restriction (18+)

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Client.
Morgan’s Color Studio shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Emotional distress
Lost profits
Event disruption
Third-party vendor failures
6. SELFIE BOOTH RENTALS
Client assumes full responsibility for rented equipment.
Client is financially responsible for:
Damage
Theft
Missing components
Liquid or electrical damage
Carrier, venue, and guest misuse are not the responsibility of Company.
7. SUBLIMATION & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom items are final sale.
Color variations and minor production inconsistencies may occur.
Approved proofs are final.
8. COPYRIGHT
All photography remains intellectual property of Morgan Burzycki.
Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Company is not liable for failure to perform due to illness, natural disaster, government restriction, venue closure, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida.
Client waives jury trial and class action participation.
11. LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of our services and communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
